Advocacy – Human Rights Violation
In the context of Yayasan YAPHI work, Human Rights violation advocacy includes all activities such as accompaniment, legal defence, and/or non-litigation measures for victims of human rights violation in Central Java and Yogyakarta Special Province for justice. In this instance, justice reflects protection and fulfilment of the rights of victims of human rights violation.
Advokasi Pelanggaran Hak Asasi Manusia dilaksanakan melalui beberapa bentuk kegiatan sebagai berikut :
1. Investigasi dan Konsultasi.
2. Bantuan Hukum dan Pendampingan.
3. Tinjauan dan Analisis Kasus.
4. Pengembangan kemitraan
